Video: Data Modeling Workshop from Cassandra SF 2011

With the continual flow of developers from a traditional SQL environment, data modeling remains one of the most requested topics for support — in both the Cassandra IRC channel and the Cassandra mailing list. There is a wealth of beginning tutorials and videos for data modeling with Cassandra, but few real world case studies.

To remedy this, we invited Matthew Dennis to host a data modeling workshop at this year’s Cassandra SF 2011. Matthew covers several of the most popular and oft-requested scenarios — including how to model for clickstream data. The slides from Matthew’s workshop are here.
