In following on the heels of the successful Cassandra Summit in San Francisco earlier this month, we are geared up and excited for the next live Cassandra event. In two weeks, any developers or DBA’s who were unable to make it to the summit and want to learn about Cassandra can meet us in Denver.

Jonathan Ellis will be providing a full day of training for anyone who wants to go from 0-60 in building scalable applications on Cassandra. The agenda includes installation and configuration, application design, basics of Cassandra internals, operations, and tuning and troubleshooting. This means Jonathan will discuss how to think in column families rather than a relational schema design and how Cassandra replication works with no single point of failure.
