On to the next issue... I'm not seeing any way to configure opscenter with the cassandra cluster user name/pwd. Is this supported? I'm assuming this is what is causing the <code>No candidate nodes to expand pool</code>... errors in the opscenter log. I went ahead and manually installed the opscenter agent on one of the nodes, which was able to connect... but that doesn't seem to be sufficient. The ssl files were prevented from ever being created. The bug has been fixed and a new package uploaded. You will want to make sure you delete any files you manually created. If you are still having problems removing the package you can do 'rpm -e opscenter-free --nopreun' to skip the pre-uninstall step. Both cp and the log are complaining the ssl files used for agent communication do not exist. My cluster in on EC2; the first monitoring box I tried the install on was an Amazon-built AMI (ami-8c1fece5, 2.6.35.11-83.9.amzn1.i686).
