Is it possible to attach the entire log from OpsCenter? It will attempt to create the keyspace when it starts up and should log any errors that occur when attempting to create the keyspace. The most common error is a schema disagreement problem. You can find the instructions for fixing that here:

http://wiki.apache.org/cassandra/FAQ#schema_disagreement

Another possible problem is a misconfiguration of replication settings in some of the keyspaces. A problem of that sort may also be responsible for the issue you are seeing on your other forum post:

http://www.datastax.com/support-forums/topic/opscenter-not-seeing-nodes-in-remote-datacenter

Posting the log here should help to debug that.
