Just wanted to let you know that OpsCenter 2.1.3 is released and is compatible with 1.2.0. OpsCenter does not support vnodes at the moment however.

Since Apache Cassandra is controlled by the community, we can't keep OpsCenter in perfect step with the latest releases unfortunately. We do attempt to keep up with the the latest releases as they are being worked on however. A 1.2 compatible OpsCenter shouldn't be too far off.

Oh. I thought you would release an Opscenter compatible along with the new C* version. I am in a development environment for now so it is not a big deal. I will wait for your release before marking this thread as resolved and going live with C* 1.2 in production.

Thanks for your answer Nick.

Unfortunately, the current release of OpsCenter is not compatible with Cassandra 1.2. We are working on a new minor release of OpsCenter that is compatible with 1.2 however. It should be available soon.

Hi,

I still have access to the Opscenter pages but no more nodes appears to be on the cluster.

A nodetool ring gives:

Datacenter: datacenter1
==========
Replicas: 1
Address Rack Status State Load Owns Token
192.168.100.201 rack1       Up     Normal  74,77 GB        100,00%             0

But there is no way to see this node on Opscenter 2.1.2 (0 of 0 agents connected)

I have the following warning in Opscenter logs:

WARN: Unable to find a matching cluster for [u'0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1%1', u'192.168.100.201', u'fe80:0:0:0:ca60:ff:fe9b:56c6%2', u'127.0.0.1'].

But I didn't change any address or port on cassandra.yaml AFAIK.

Any idea on what could be responsible of such a disappearance or how to debug this?
