when I run nodetool ring -h localhost in 10.3.248.46 output is:
[root@ERPVisionApp bin]# nodetool ring -h localhost
Address DC Rack Status State Load Owns Token
10.3.248.46 datacenter1 rack1 Up Normal 11.98 MB 100.00% 0

when I run nodetool ring -h localhost in 10.3.11.10 output is:
[root@ERPVisionApp bin]# nodetool ring -h localhost
Address DC Rack Status State Load Owns Token
10.3.11.10 Analytics rack1 Up Normal 1.02 MB 100.00% 0

Now I have opscenter installed in 10.3.248.46.....
