I'm facing the same issue. Did it work for you with this version of Suse?

It may be possible to get up and running, however it hasn't been tried. Since SUSE is rpm based you could force the installation of the package and then install the required python modules for OpsCenter to run. There is no guarantee everything will work however.

It is also worth noting that the upcoming release of OpsCenter (both the community edition, and enterprise edition) will include a simpler tarball version for users on other distributions. That version will likely be much easier to get running on SUSE. SUSE still won't be officially supported, so there may be a few hiccups but will likely be much easier.

I assume this distro is not currently supported by opscenter since there is no information on it however I was wondering if it was possible at all to get it up and running?
