			<description>&#60;p&#62;We're playing with OpsCenter in our dev environment and noticed that when we restart the cassandra service we are getting a host down alert but the time is in GMT.  All servers including the motoring b is EST.  Any way to change the message time, it's very confusing?&#60;/p&#62;
