   When a node goes down, the dashboard reports it accurately and the email notification is clear. However, when the node is back online, the dashboard is correct (Info Message), but the email that goes out, still states Alert Node is DOWN..even though it's for an UP node.

   I am not seeing this on 1.3.1.

   Message: Node reported as being down: X.X.X.X
   Message: Node reported as being up: X.X.X.X
