No performance data showing up in OpsCenter

Have a 6 nodes cluster with Cassandra Community Edition 1.0.5 (version of apache-cassandra1 package).
Just installed OpsCenter (version 1.3.1-1) on one of the cluster nodes.
Used OpsCenter to push the agents to all nodes (version 2.4.1 is reported for the agents).

In OpsCenter, I do see the cluster properly, including the compaction activity under Cluster/List View when I have something running on the cluster.

I do not see any sort of metric anywhere though, it's 'NO DATA AVAILABLE' everywhere, including the 'Storage Capacity' on the main dashboard page.

It seems like the agents aren't collecting or reporting metrics? Anything I could check to troubleshoot this?

In the opscenter log, I see the following:

I believe I've seen this before, and it was due to clocks that were very out of sync between the opscenterd machine and the machine running the browser is running on. I recommend using NTP where possible.

I'll make sure that there's a ticket open to handle this, or at least give a better error message.

Indeed, that's what the problem was. The cluster time wasn't set properly and was way off compared to the browser. A better error message would help.

Also, does that mean that accessing OpsCenter server from a browser say in the UK would cause the problem (cluster hosted in CA)?

No, it's not a matter of timezones, just a unix timestamp, so there should be no problem with using a browser in UK as long as the clock is relatively accurate.
