I've installed Cassandra DataStax Enterprise cluster using this instructions:

But there is no OpsCenter get installed. I've checked all nodes.
Does OpsCenter still included into that AMI?

OpsCenter gets installed on the first EC2 instance in your cluster. What happens when you go to http://<public-dns-of-first-instance>:8888, if anything?

Yes, I noticed this the other day. I'm still unsure as to what made it not restart the service, but will fix it as soon as I can.
Login to the first node and perform a sudo service opscenterd start and you should be good to go.
