Yes, Accelerate has been cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak. We’re transforming DataStax Accelerate 2020 into Accelerate: A NoSQL Original Series, a combination of livestream and on-demand, binge-worthy episodes that capture how users and enterprises are succeeding with NoSQL and Apache Cassandra™.

When will Accelerate: A NoSQL Original Series launch?

The series will premiere on May 12, 2020.

Is there a fee to sign up for Accelerate: A NoSQL Original Series?

No, there is no fee to sign up and you will get access to all episodes at no cost.

Networking is a major benefit of attending a conference. How are you going to offer that benefit digitally?

I already purchased an Accelerate conference pass. Will I receive a refund?

DataStax has refunded all paid passes. You should have received a confirmation email from Eventbrite. Please contact us at accelerate@datastax.com if you haven’t.

What will happen to my hotel reservation?

For San Diego guests, you can cancel your Loews Coronado Bay Resort reservation for a full refund through your booking confirmation email. For London, please work with your hotel directly to cancel your booking.

Will DataStax provide reimbursement for airfare?

DataStax will not provide reimbursement for airfare. Many airlines are currently offering flexible refund options due to COVID-19. Please contact the airline directly to review your options. You can customize this letter if you need help requesting a full refund from your airline:
