For the third year in a row, DataStax has received the prestigious NorthFace ScoreBoard Service Award. To earn this recognition, companies must pass an audit from the Customer Relationship Management Institute (CRMI) and earn exceptional satisfaction levels and loyalty from their customers.

DataStax achieved exceptional audit scores for outstanding customer service with a CSAT score of 98 percent; a Transaction ScoreBoard Index (SBI) rating of 4.8 out of 5; a nearly 80 percent Net Promoter Score (NPS); and a NPS SB Index of 4.7 out of 5. 

To qualify for the NorthFace ScoreBoard Service Award a company has to measure their customers’ satisfaction with their overall customer service / support on a calendar-year basis and achieve a 4.0 or above out of a possible 5.0 rating (or equivalent rating system ie: 3 – 7 – 10 point) in any of the approved categories.
