To earn this recognition, companies must pass an audit from the <a href="https://www.crmirewards.com/">Customer Relationship Management Institute (CRMI)</a> and earn exceptional satisfaction levels and loyalty from their customers.
DataStax achieved exceptional audit scores for outstanding customer service with a CSAT score of 98 percent; a Transaction ScoreBoard Index (SBI) rating of 4.8 out of 5; a nearly 80 percent Net Promoter Score (NPS); and a NPS SB Index of 4.7 out of 5.&nbsp;
To qualify for the NorthFace ScoreBoard Service Award a company has to measure their customers&rsquo; satisfaction with their overall customer service / support on a calendar-year basis and achieve a 4.0 or above out of a possible 5.0 rating (or equivalent rating system ie: 3 &ndash; 7 &ndash; 10 point) in any of the approved categories.&nbsp;
