Latha Colby has decades of experience building world-class data management products and leading engineering teams, including time at Sigma Computing, Workday, and ParAccel, where her team developed the core database technology powering Amazon Redshift. Latha holds a PhD in Computer Science from Indiana University and a B.Tech. from IIT, Kharagpur.
