of services with flexible engagements designed to help our customers with their specific needs.
Center of Excellence
DataStax offers consulting and education services for those who want to establish a Center of Excellence (CoE) in their organization. A CoE can increase organization effectiveness through adopting a competency-center approach that optimizes DataStax Enterprise (DSE) talent and improves DSE delivery and operations capability. DataStax Services provides expertise and guidance in several roles of a successful CoE creation, including Solution Architect, Technical Project Manager and Enablement Lead.
DataStax Enterprise 5.0 Migration Services Package
This service is designed to streamline and expedite the process of upgrading a customer to DSE 5.0.
Project-Focused Services Package
This service offers clients a proven methodology for deploying DataStax technology into their organization. It reflects their prior experience with the components of DataStax Enterprise (Apache Cassandra™, Apache Spark™, Apache Solr™) as well as their overall development and operations structure.

This service is designed to accelerate your preparation for creating a production application on the DataStax Enterprise platform by providing expertise in key aspects of architecture design, assisting with the hardware, software and security design, and application-code reviews.
DataStax Production Readiness Services Package is designed to assist you with the support needed to gauge an application’s readiness for production. DataStax Services will assist with testing activities for at-scale performance, disaster mitigation, as well as load and overhead.
Technical Account Manager (TAM) Subscription Service
With a DataStax TAM, your team will benefit from deep product knowledge and expertise to help streamline the deployment ￼and operation of your DataStax Enterprise platform. Your dedicated TAM will work with you on a subscription basis to minimize operational risks and to increase cross-functional awareness of the DataStax Enterprise platform.
