Professional pitmaster Michael Heckman will share his tips and tricks for smoking the perfect BBQ feast while you sample brisket, ribs, and sausage, drink locally brewed beer, and take notes!&nbsp; After completing this 3-hour cooking class, you&rsquo;ll wow your friends and family with your BBQ expertise at your next backyard get-together.
